Neptune Retrograde in Pisces 6/25 – 12/1

Revisit your dreams, both the nocturnal ones and the ones that you play over and over in your mind during your waking hours. At 3:21 pm ET today Neptune turns retrograde in Pisces until December 1st. While we won’t notice much of a change, unlike a Mercury or Mars retrograde, Neptune shifting into reverse will have a subtle effect. Neptune is more of a subtle planet to begin with, and just like the ocean you don’t realize how deep you’ve gone until you try to get out.

Neptune in Pisces focuses on our unconscious mind, the parts of ourselves connected to the collective mind we share. As Neptune retraces his steps over the next several months we have a chance to rethink our ambitions, our dreams and aspirations and just how we are planning to obtain them. With the glamour of Neptune turned inward we can see more clearly just what has to be done and what we have to work with. Beware or what we use to distract ourselves from doing the work needed to achieve our dreams as this could be Neptune as well.

I picture the retrograde as the tide going out and leaving behind the tide pools full of sea creatures. We can see more clearly what is there without the turbulence of the water.
