Mercury and Jupiter Turn Direct

As Jupiter and Mercury station to turn direct tomorrow, 10/18, we may feel an anticipation – like something is going to happen soon and this is because this will shift the energy into a more future orientated outlook. With Jupiter in Aquarius and Mercury in Libra, both air signs be prepared for an increased flow of thoughts and ideas especially concerning working beyond the self – either with a partner (Libra) or society (Aquarius).

Jupiter turns direct at 22’ Aquarius, on October 18th at 1:30 am EDT. The planet of expansion and abundance has been retrograde since June 20th so think back and consider any plans or projects that have been put on hold or under review since then. We will be revisiting points between 22’ Aquarius and 2’ Pisces, so find that area in your natal chart or planets and chart points at those degrees in fixed and mutable signs, also air and water signs. These are the areas you will find movement occurring over the next couple months. A trine to Mars in Libra should help kickstart action and increase your motivation.

This has been a more difficult Mercury retrograde than usual for many people. The messenger planet will turn direct at 10’ Libra tomorrow at 11:17 am EDT. Mercury has been retrograde causing confusion in communication and travel turmoil since September 27th and we will be in the shadow period until November 2, but there should be an overall improvement in a few days once it is direct. Natal chart points from 10’ – 26’ Libra have been affected and will be revisited for a final chance to correct or rectify. You should find yourself in a smoother flow soon.
