Jupiter moves in Aries

Starting on May 10th at 7:22 pm, we may feel a little bolder, more confident, or may just be more adventurous as Jupiter rushes into Aries for the first time since 2010/ 2011. This energy feels boundless and full of promise but can also overstep boundaries and lack direction. Jupiter in Aries wants to climb a bigger mountain, take on the opponent twice our size, and says yes to every favor asked of us even if there is no way we can possibly do it all.

This energy can be incredibly optimistic, which is great, but sometimes it lacks the substance to back it up.  It can feel like a power boost in a video game so use it wisely. Jupiter is in Aries until late October and then slips back into his home sign of Pisces until returning to Aries around the Winter solstice in December. 

It can be helpful to look back at what happened the last time Jupiter was in Aries in June -September 2010 and January – June 2011. This is an approximately 12-year cycle so you can also look back further to 1999/2000 and beyond that. Depending on which house Aries rules in your natal chart will indicate where in your life you will feel his effects.
