If you feel like there are so many things you want to try but you’ve been having a little trouble getting started, be ready because tomorrow Mars moves into his home sign of Aries to get the party started! At 7:17 pm when Mars officially steps into his fiery domain, Jupiter, Venus, Chiron and the Moon will be waiting to greet him. This boosts the energy flowing to these planets because while in Aries they are ruled by Mars, and he hasn’t been his usual action orientated self in Pisces. 

Mars in Aries is the warrior, the pioneer, the athlete and the courageous first responder. He rushes into danger if necessary and isn’t deterred by the odds being against him. Of course, this can often lead to leaping before we look for a safe place to land. “Don’t go off halfcocked,” is a great piece of advice for this overly ambitious energy.

While here in Aries, Mars fires up Jupiter, this can increase our optimism and boost our confidence. For a few days, Mars heats up Venus, at least until she trots into Taurus on the 28th. Mars will also aggravate Chiron; this can draw out old battle wounds or ignite our passion for learning. The moon is briefly in Aries when Mars rushes in, so don’t be surprised if people are suddenly short tempered or quick to get fired up. 

Mars moves into Aries at 7:17 pm on May 24 and will remain here until July 5th.
