This is the time of year where we have a chance to reset our daily routines, check in with our healthy habits or lack there of and make changes if necessary. The Virgo new moon happens overnight at 4:16 am EDT and will be exact at 4’Virgo. Since Virgo is a mutable sign, this is a time to make changes by releasing the old ways that were not working and planet seeds of intention towards new and improved.

This lunation has some difficult energy to work with but if we lean use the friction to propel us it just may work out the way we want. Mars in Gemini is square to the Sun and Moon, giving too many orders and overwhelming us with too many stimuli. The key is to find the detail we most want to shift and focus our physical energy there rather than scattering our efforts among several ideas.

Venus in Leo is also in a tricky spot as she comes off a square to Uranus retrograde in Taurus and is moving into opposition with Saturn retrograde in Aquarius. This could be a relationship rut that we are trying to bust out of, or a financial pattern that we need to restructure. If we can use the out of the ordinary Uranian energy to redirect us from the old pattern, we can then work with Saturn to set up a new (or maybe return to a past) foundation that works better.

It’s important to look at which house 4’ Virgo falls in to see where you are making changes and sowing new patterns and processes in your life at this time.
