If you have had tech issues, transportation problems, instances of miscommunication and just a feeling of not being able to get things done since the holidays, you can breathe a sigh of relief as Mercury is now in direct motion once again. Even though it may take a few days to clear up the glitches, as the messenger planet picks up speed we will see increased forward movement in our lives once again.

Mercury stationed direct at 8’ Capricorn this morning at 8:12 am EST and just a little while later the Sun joined up with Pluto at 28’ Capricorn adding intensity to this part of your chart. Capricorn is about authority, structure, and tradition. The Sun/Pluto conjunction can bring hidden or concealed things (Pluto) to light (Sun). It can be conflicting powers that or manipulation of authority. With Mercury standing still this can lead to misinformation or misunderstandings around those subjects too.

This should hopefully clear as we head into the weekend with the Sun moving into Aquarius on Friday and a new moon in Aquarius on Saturday. By Sunday we have the last retrograde planet, Uranus in Taurus, finally stationing direct which will give us until April with all planets in forward motion. This will kick things into high gear so get ready for progress.
